We are the part of the Polish Society of Gastroenterology, located in Lower Silesia, a beautiful south-west region of Poland. Lower Silesia Division of the Polish Society of Gastroenterology associates doctors interested in gastroenterology from our region. The head office of Lower Silesia Division of the Polish Society of Gastroenterology is located in the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology of Wroclaw Medical University. Together with this Department we organize each year a few regional and even international gastroenterological conferences, i.e. Wroclaw Gastrological Spring. In 2006 we were also a co-organisator of „XIX Workshop on Helicobacter pylori” with the presence of Nobelist - Barry Marshall.
